M5.4 Consumer Confidence Reports (CCR) and water quality

The CCR reported my source of water (Yuba County) is from the 7 Lakes Resort and originates from surface water and ground water. The water system name is City of Yuba City and Yuba City USD Transportation Yard. The water stated to be following state health water guidelines but the water was still contaminated with at least five different molecules that are linked to other health defects such as cancer and may cause problems for a pregnant woman. I personally was not surprised to find chemical in the water but there was more than I expected. 

My water comes from a water dispenser that we use a local grocery stores to fill gallons to bring home and water dispensers from home as well. I rarely use recyclable water bottles.
