4.6 Radon

Radon is a cause of lung cancer that many are unaware of, I personally was not until I watched this video. Its exposure to populations around areas where it is at higher risk increases the possibility of lung cancer. For a national awareness campaign, I  would love to work with the American Cancer Association. The campaign will work towards bringing awareness and hope to have every homeowner in a higher risk area conduct a test to assure they are not breathing radon. Having donated kits would be a great addition but since they are relatively inexpensive, it would be a great promotion tool to help save lives. By informing the population of its possible consequences, we are reducing the risk and helping those that need to fix the issue in their home.
